PastelLoop provides a B2B design toolkit and knowledge hub that applies Soft Color Theory to casual games. Our services include palette generation tools, accessibility checks, game engine exports, and analytics capabilities, subject to the specific features of your chosen plan.
We strive to maintain reasonable service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time with reasonable advance notice where feasible.
User Accounts and Registration

Subscription Plans and Billing

Our total liability for any claims related to our services shall not exceed the amount you actually paid for our services in the twelve months immediately preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.
Indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold PastelLoop harmless from any reasonable claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services, violation of these terms, or infringement of third-party rights, provided we give you prompt notice of such claims.
This indemnification obligation survives termination of your account and these terms of service, subject to applicable legal limitations.
Termination and Account Closure
Either party may terminate this agreement with reasonable notice. You may cancel your subscription through your account settings or by contacting us. We may terminate your access for material violation of these terms or other legitimate business reasons with appropriate notice where feasible.
